RETURN POLICY

Need to make a return?
If you're not satisfied with your Unbeaten Path Designs order in any way, we will gladly help to make things right. Please reach out via our Contact Us page to notify us of the incoming return.

How long is the return window?

• We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
• You are responsible to cover the shipping costs of all returned items.
• A full refund will be given in the for all products that are returned undamaged and fully assembled. Any prorated discounts given for partial returns will be recalculated. 
• *Please note that we don't accept returns after the 30 day timeframe. If an item is sent back after the 30 day window, no refund will be given. 

A Few Things to Note:

• All returned products must be undamaged and fully assembled.
• Returns can be set via the postal provider of your choosing. 
• Remember to take extra care to pack your return package properly, so they don't get damaged on the way - we are not responsible for any returns until they reach our return address. Please also make sure to get proof of postage for reference in case you need to check the status with the carrier before it reaches us.
• Gift cards and items marked as flash sales, final sales & special sales are not eligible for returns or exchanges and will not be refunded.
